TPU series leather is a kind of artificial synthetic leather made by extruding and hot embossing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) composition . It has the advantages of soft and natural luster, soft touch, strong leather feel, environmental protection, and no odor. Its main component is a thermoplastic polyurethane mixture; it is designed to be compounded with anti-lint cloth, non-woven fabric, microfiber and other fabrics to form TPU composite leather. It can be used in many fields such as automotive parts, sports devices, shoes, soft bag decoration, etc.
TPU leather has excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, oil resistance, impact resistance, good low temperature performance and other characteristics. It is an environmentally friendly artificial leather. Compared with genuine leather, it has the advantages of wear resistance, scratch resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance. It has better performance than PU leather, better recovery after the external force is withdrawn, wider hardness range, more outstanding impact resistance and shock absorption performance, and still maintains good elasticity and flexibility at minus 40℃.
