TPU Lamination Fabric uses

The English name of composite fabric is "Lamination Fabric" or "Soft Shell Fabric". It is a new type of 糖心视频 formed by bonding one or more layers of textile 糖心视频s, non-woven 糖心视频s and other functional 糖心视频s. Commonly seen are two-layer composite fabrics and three-layer composite fabrics.

As far as TPU film composite fabrics are concerned, the common ones are:

1. The two-layer composite fabric structure is: outer fabric + TPU film laminated together. The outer fabric is made of polyester, nylon or nylon-poly blended fabric, which is soft to the touch, wear-resistant, tear-proof, and has good color. TPU film has excellent waterproof, breathable, windproof effects and long durability. This composite fabric combines the best properties of both.

2. The three-layer composite fabric structure is:

The outer fabric + TPU film + inner warp knitted mesh are laminated together.

The outer fabric is made of polyester, nylon or nylon-poly blended fabric, which is light and thin, tear-resistant, wear-resistant and has good color.

TPU film has excellent waterproof and windproof effects, better breathability and long durability. The inner mesh fabric is generally knitted fabric, fabric with mesh, weft knitting and warp knitting, which has good breathability.

This three-layer composite fabric has many functions such as virus blocking, antibacterial, antistatic, anti-blood penetration, waterproof, moisture-permeable, windproof, and warmth retention properties, and is comfortable and lightweight to wear.
